Celebrate King Township's 175th anniversary with us on Monday, May 19 at Nobleton Victoria Day! Dr. William Laceby Nobleton Community Centre and Park, 15 Old King Road, Nobleton This family-friendly, quintessential kick-off to summer has been enjoyed by the community for more than 50 years. Each year, the event attracts thousands of attendees who enjoy live entertainment, mid-way rides and games, inflatables, a parade, fireworks show and a variety of food and retail vendors. The event kicks off the a parade beginning at 11am, additional details can be found below.

New this year! Battle of the Bands.

Bands selected to perform will be notified before May 1. Each band will be given a short set of three songs (approximately 30 minutes). Sets must be family friendly, as this is an all ages event. Registration closes on April 25.

Watch (and donate to!) the fireworks display Join us for our signature fireworks show, which begins at dusk. Presented by King Fire and Emergency Services, the Nobleton Victoria Day fireworks have been credited as one of the best Victoria Day fireworks displays in Ontario! Be sure to come early because parking and space fills quickly. Bring your own blankets and/or lawn chairs.

Did you know that each year the Nobleton Fire Fighters Association collects donations to put on this show? Our Nobleton Victoria Day fireworks are the largest publicly funded show and relies on donations from businesses and residents. Once again this year, donations can be made online. Tax receipts will be provided for donations of $10 or more.

Join the parade Make it a festive start to your day by watching the annual Nobleton Victoria Day parade. The parade begins at the Nobleton Library (Sheardown Drive and Highway 27) at 11 a.m. and ends at Old King Road. From the library, the parade travels south on Highway 27, turning east on Hill Farm Road and south on Wellar Avenue. The parade then weaves its way down Weller Avenue connecting with King Road. The parade then turns west on King Road and ends at Old King Road.
